Tim Stiebner
RE/MAX Realty 100, Lilydale
Tim Stiebner is a sales agent with RE/MAX Realty 100 in Lilydale. He have been licensed and a member of the Southern Twin Cities Association of REALTORS® since 2001. Tim holds the GRI and CRS designations and is a licensed real estate broker.
Tim believes that his experience in several different sized companies and roles would be a great benefit to aid in perspective. Having worked with a large local company, working with a mid-sized company and having owned his own small company gives him great insight into how the Association has benefited him, and where he thinks there could be better tools and resources provided to aid each type of company and agent.
Tim is very technology driven and believes that he must stay on the cutting edge to be relevant in the changing marketplace. He constantly looks for and is researching new things to bring to the group of agents he works with and to the Technology Work Group at STCAR, which he chairs this year. There are new tools and internet based applications that are being developed each day and many are trying to erode the very fabric that we as REALTORS® have built our livelihood on.
The role of the Association is changing. We should be providing true and relevant information that is consistent with the laws of Minnesota and ethical. We need to develop tools for the agents that will increase their value to the consumer, and thus bettering the position of the REALTOR® in the community.
Tim is passionate about this industry and would be proud to have the opportunity to serve to better all of our success. |
