The Southern Twin Cities Association of REALTORS® is the sole owner of any information collected on this site. No third party individuals or companies are allowed to view this information. We have never sold, and will not sell, share, or lease this information to third parties. STCAR does collect information from our site at different impact points on our website for usage reports and statistics.

INFORMATION SHARING
We have never sold, and will not sell, share, or lease this information to third parties with exception to printed mailing labels consisting of only member names and office addresses.

LOG FILES
We use IP addresses to analyze user's movement so we can determine the best content to add and/or delete. IP addresses are used to determine geographical data and are not linked to personally identifiable information. The only time personal information is collected is within our online surveys and Internet Member Service portal when changes are made or purchases are made online.

On some pages within the STCAR site, there are links to other sites. Please be aware that STCAR is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. MASS EMAIL
STCAR sends out a weekly email news update that we feel is important for our members to view. These emails are sent from our email systems and the email addresses are not published to any 3rd party sites or companies. There are occasions when time sensitive information is sent via email. Our members do have access to other members’ email and contact information on an individual basis.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to our site for immediate review. We are committed to being up front in what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances.
